The Standard Eight was originally produced from 1938 to 1959. In 1938 the car was published as the Flying Eight. In 1953 a completely new car, the Standard Eight, entered the market. However, the Standard Eight had to keep a low price. As a result, the car got sliding windows, one windshield wiper and no external boot lid. You could place your luggage in the back of the car by folding the rear seats down. Later the cars were equipped with more luxury. The De Luxe version in 1954 got more luxurious windows and the Gold Star model was equipped with a boot lid.

This Standard Eight has been beautifully restored in the past and although it is now an older restoration, this charming British classic is still in a good condition.
